Get involved: Limpsfield in Bloom

Spring has definitely sprung this week and thoughts turn to our gardens and this year’s Britain in Bloom. As ever, our entry into this national competition run by the Royal Horticultural Society is expertly handled by Limpsfield In Bloom, who have had a lot of success in the RHS Britain in Bloom competition, winning many Gold medals over the years!

This amazing bunch of green-fingered volunteers, led by Ann Osborn and Lilian Hindley, keep the village looking lovely – from flowerbeds, troughs, borders and baskets, to verges and village signs. Britain in bloom 2017 keeps harmony and hedgehogs in Limpsfield!

Spring is in the air and it’s time to think about flowers and planting for this summer’s Britain in Bloom entry for Limpsfield! Gold for Limpsfield in Britain in Bloom!

In case you didn’t know, Limpsfield once again received a Gold award in the annual RHS Britain in Bloom competition in the large village category for South & South East in Bloom. Congratulations to all involved and to neighbouring Tatsfield, the group’s overall winners.
