A ceremonial oak is planted by a most distinguished resident

On Sunday 21st November 2021, at a 11.15 a very distinguished guest and long-time volunteer of the Limpsfield Task Force ceremonially planted the OAK TREE on behalf of the Friends of Limpsfield Common (FoLC). Brian Longley, aged 98, did a fabulous job on behalf of the crowd who attended this lovely and very moving community event.

Friends of Limpsfield Common Christmas Card Competition

If your children are looking for a creative outlet at the moment, get out the pencils/pens and paper, because The Friends of Limpsfield Common are running a Christmas Card competition for children aged 4-11 years, with the theme for 2020 being Wildlife at Christmas.

A Friendly Invitation to Give Your Views on Limpsfield Common

We are incredibly lucky to have Limpsfield Common on our doorstep. This beautiful area of ancient common on the Greensand Ridge is owned by the National Trust and a mixture of heathland, woodland and open space, enjoyed by walkers, riders, golfers, cyclists, children and adults alike.
