Surrey Dance School has had fantastic results from their end of year examinations again, with all dancers attaining outstanding results.
The children who were entered into exams all dance with “Miss Tarryn” at her weekly ballet and Funky Feet classes in Limpsfield, held at St Andrews Hall and St Peters Hall. The children all attend local schools in Limpsfield, Oxted, Woldingham, Lingfield and Dormansland.
“It was great to be able to award them their certificates this week'” said Tarryn Owen Skull, Principal of Surrey Dance School. “I am really proud of all my dancers and how hard they have worked. We have so much fun in class and it’s so nice to be able to recognise and commend them on their dancing.”
Channel your inner prima donna
It’s not just the kids who are reaping the benefits of Tarryn’s instruction. The new Adult Ballet class is proving very popular and everyone has been extremely positive so far, providing a mix of classical ballet basics with stretching and toning exercises.
If you want to join in and channel your inner prima donna, the classes run from 11-12 noon and 8-9pm on Mondays at St Andrews Hall, Limpsfield Chart. Cost £10 on the door or you can pre-book a course.
For information, please note that Surrey Dance’s hugely popular Thursday night high energy adult dance class, which has been running fully booked for 3 years, is moving to St Andrews Hall after the Easter holidays, due to space.
