Surrey Dance School pupils triumph in ballet exams

Limpsfield dance teacher Tarryn Leigh Owen took 19 of her Surrey Dance School pupils to London to dance in their ballet exams. All the dancers received either Distinctions (80-100 per cent) or Merits (over 70 per cent).

The children all attend Tarryn’s weekly ballet and Funky feet (modern dance) classes, held at St Peter’s Church Hall in Limpsfield. They are all at schools in Limpsfield, Oxted, Woldingham and Lingfield.

“They worked so hard and I am so proud of all of them and their results,” said Tarryn, who says she has a lot more activities planned over the next few months, including their first show in June and the Limpsfield Village Fete.

Congratulations to all Tarryn’s budding dancers!
