Get festive for a good cause on Monday 4th December, 9AM, St Andrews Church Hall, which is hosting annual Christmas wreath-making classes, now in their ninth year, in aid of The Army Rifles’ “Care for Casualties” charity.
Care for Casualties provides the severely wounded, their families and the families of our fallen Riflemen the support, inspiration and the means to rebuild their lives and make the best of their futures in wider society.
The wreath-making classes are run by professional florist, Debbie, who has over 40 years experience in floristry and wreath-making. Classes will run every hour during the day from 10am with the last session at 3pm.
The class cost, including materials is £20 per person and ready made wreaths can also be purchased for £25.
Tea, coffee and cakes will be available from 9AM, with all proceeds going to the charity.
Although it’s fine to drop in, it would be great if you could reserve your place in advance, so Debbie can have an idea of numbers. Please call, text or email Mandy Homatas – mandyhomatas@hotmail.com or 07767 707500 to reserve your place.
If you have your own gardening gloves and secateurs, please bring them with you.
