An exciting new era beckons as The Carpenters Arms comes under the same management as Botley Hill Farmhouse and the White Bear in Fickleshole Lane, near Warlingham.
Leading the team will be Nicole Joubert, who is part-owner/manager of Botley Hill Farmhouse and has also led the operation at The White Bear for almost 15 years, while cooking up a storm in the kitchen will be head chef Dale Harris (both pictured).

“A longstanding destination for dog-walkers, ramblers and cyclists, The Carpenters Arms is a popular local inn at the heart of the community,” says Nicole. “Now we’re looking to build on that with some of our team from both Botley Hill Farmhouse and The White Bear. This promises to be a very exciting time here.”
Already famous for its excellent range of draft beers from the local Westerham Brewery, including Finchcocks, Summer Perle, British Bulldog and 1965, The Carpenters Arms has been featured in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide for the last four years.
Over the last few years, the inn has managed the difficult feat of appealing to all sections of the community, with its private garden room at the back also available for use by local groups, such as book clubs and knit-and-natter, and for private hire
