A special reunion of former local musicians will take place on Friday October 18th, 6.30pm, at The Bull Inn Limpsfield. SlowHand became a No1 hit back in the 80s with sell out gigs.

The band will play original songs like Different Breed, ft. Stuart Tosh 10cc, One Step Ahead and Café del Mar, as well as pop covers with their West Coast Rock vibe. 

Singer Trevor McGowan will return from Sweden to join Guitarist Dennis Danzelman and Bass guitarist, Martin Charlton for this nostalgic get-together. 

Local boys Trevor (Oxted), Dennis (Cowden) and Martin (Reigate) got together in the 80s and had a regular gig at the Frog and Bucket and the Grasshopper in Westerham. 

When rock band 10CC split, drummer Stuart Tosh joined the group too, playing regular gigs until 1985 when they went their separate ways.

“This get-together is to re kindle our 80s journey and re-live the music we created back then,” says Martin, a professional musician who also played bass guitar for The Crystals, Shakatak and Sweet Sensation.
