  1. My father John Alfred Anderson spent time at Caxton in the early 1960s, 1962 I think. He worked at the Oxford Mail and at Nuffield Press before that. He was born 11/10/13 and died in 1994. I would be interested to know why he was convalescing.

  2. My father, Mr John Alfred Anderson (born 11/10/1913) worked for the Nuffield Press then the Oxford Mail in the 1950s and 60s. In about 1962 he spent some time at your home. I would be interested to know why he was there. I suspect he had a nervous breakdown. He died on 22/6/1994

  3. My father, Arthur Thomas Barnes, spent sometime in Caxton in 1943 convalescing after being torpedoed in the Azores. He was very depressed and probably suffering from what we know today as PTSD. Are their any historical patient records available? He died accidentally in Halifax, Nova Scotia in may have been a case of suicide. He was a British citizen.
